Course Overview
The CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice will provide you with the technical knowledge and understanding across a broad range of frontline housing practices at an operational level.
This qualification explores general and specialist areas of housing along with housing policy and law.
Our course is made up of 8 units of learning:
- The housing system
- Professional practice skills for housing
- Involving housing service users
- Customer service in housing
- Dealing with Anti Social Behaviour in housing
- Occupancy, tenure and lettings
- Rental income management
- Housing policy
Progression

Who can apply to study for this qualification?
- Anyone working in a frontline capacity in a wide range of housing and housing related roles
- Anyone who already have a level 2 qualification and/or experience of working in housing
- Applicants must be 19+ and be confident using IT. This programme is for applicants who have successfully completed our English & Maths Assessment.
